Box Office
Due to the redevelopment of the Convention Wing our Box Office is now located in QE11 Square in front of the Theatre. Access from Swift Street is via the walkway between the Theatre and Police Station or Dean Street.
Our Box Office is open from Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. The Box Office opens 45 minutes before the start time of a performance.
Our team are happy to assist by providing information about shows, booking your seats, and arranging gift vouchers.

How to collect your tickets
If you have purchased a ticket, you can collect your ticket in the following ways:
- Purchase an e-ticket and have the ticket emailed to your phone.
- Over the counter at the Box Office between Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (contactless payment preferred).
- You can request tickets to be posted to you if you purchase at least ten working days before the event. A small postage fee will apply.
- Prior to the start of a performance, tickets can be collected from the Box Office, which opens 45 minutes before the performance start time.

Albury Entertainment Centre is a member of Live Performance Australia, the peak body representing the live performance industry, and operates under the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice (Consumer Code). This Code applies to the purchase and use of tickets.
Albury Entertainment Centre is a member of Performing Arts Connections Australia the national peak body representing and supporting performing arts presenters and creators in Australia.
