CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATIONS
The Albury Entertainment Centre (AEC) is currently operating under COVID safety measures in accordance with NSW Public Health Order. This is currently 100% capacity across all our seated venues.
IF YOU ARE UNWELL, STAY HOME
Please do not attend if you feel unwell, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID or are awaiting COVID test results. Call our Box Office Team on 02 60435610 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to the date of the performance to discuss your options relating to your tickets.
Our box office at the theatre will open 45 minutes prior to the start of the show. We request you arrive at least 30 minutes before the showtime.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING
To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay in your allocated seat unless you are purchasing food & beverage, merchandise or using the restrooms, in which case we ask you to purchase your items and then move back to your allocated seat as soon as possible. When you move around the theatre foyer, please ensure that you keep your distance from other patrons, wear your mask and follow the signs and the directions of our theatre team.
Cashless payments are preferred.
We continue to closely monitor and adhere to the regulations and advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and in accordance with NSW Government guidelines. Our COVID Safe plans will continue to evolve and as the health advice changes the information on this page will be updated. We recommend that you check back in prior to your event.
